The Football Season is Finally Back!!
After a couple of months on break (which felt like forever by the way..) the Barclays Premier League is finally back in action! this obviously means that wifes/girlfriends will be losing their husbands/boyfriends to the TV screen once again.. aaaahhhh, the good ol BPL, giving men something to cheer about when the women's nagging in the background ( jussssst kidding :p )...
"This year is definitely our year", i know most fans would be saying this about their team in the beginning of the season but for Liverpool Football Club, this year really COULD be ours.. With the return of King Kenny,
LFC looks a reformed side with a mission, firstly to grab our 19th league title, and then to get to the Champions League for next year..
Here's to all the Liverpool fans out there, lets see us bring this one home!

OCBC Cycle Malaysia 2011
Team Ryan?.. Team Reefa?.. its really doesnt matter actually, cause its all about coming out with your friends and family and having a good time at the OCBC Cycle Malaysia 2011..
For the first time in Malaysia, Event owner and organiser, Spectrum Worldwide and title sponsor, OCBC Bank will provide Malaysia with an exciting cycling experience which showcases Kuala Lumpur and provides something for everyone; from a challenging ride in which serious cyclists can prove themselves in the 52km Challenge, to a leisurely 21km Community ride for family and friends ( this is the one that we'll be taking part in, definitely NOT the 52km one.. :p ) as well as a children’s rides and a kid’s carnival.
Also, it is Malaysia’s only mass participation cycling event on closed, public roads in Kuala Lumpur which caters to all level of cyclists, and i am EXCITED to say the least.. i ve even started my very own personal training (behind ryan's back that is..) on my new POLYGON bicycle.. check out how cool it looks.. :)
